Hyderabad is set to get its own Trump Towers, which will stand as the tallest residential project in South India. The project is being developed jointly by US President Donald Trump’s Trump Organization, along with Tribeca Developers and Ira Realty. The luxury towers will come up on Survey Number 109 on Golden Mile Road in Kokapet, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy district.
The project is being constructed in close proximity to key locations such as the Financial District, HITEC City, and the Outer Ring Road. Spread across a total of 4 acres, the towers will rise 65 storeys high, reaching a height of 242 metres. The Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority has already granted approvals for the construction. Members of the Trump family are expected to attend in person for the grand groundbreaking ceremony (bhoomi puja) scheduled to be held soon.
The towers will be built across approximately 22 lakh square feet, comprising more than 450 ultra-luxury 3 and 4 BHK apartments, along with double-height simplex homes and 16 exclusive penthouses. A standout feature of the project is that every home will come with a private lift lobby. Additionally, the building’s centerpiece will be a “suspended sky bridge” connecting the two towers at the 28th floor, appearing to float in mid-air.
As for pricing, standard apartments will start at ₹5 crore and go up to ₹18 crore, while the most luxurious penthouses have been priced between ₹30 crore and ₹62 crore. Even before construction has begun, 8 penthouses have already been sold — including one that sold for as much as ₹62 crore — with penthouse sales alone expected to generate revenue of ₹250 crore.
Developers have stated that the total cost of the project, including the land, is estimated at around ₹2,000 crore, with the project expected to generate total revenue of approximately ₹4,200 crore. The Trump Towers are set to mark a new chapter in Hyderabad’s real estate sector while also bringing the city fresh international recognition.
