Election strategist Prashant Kishor has pledged to defeat Congress leader and Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy in the upcoming state assembly elections, asserting that even Rahul Gandhi would be unable to protect him. Kishor criticized Revanth Reddy for allegedly insulting the people of Bihar, claiming their DNA is inferior to that of Telangana residents. Questioning why Revanth sought his assistance if he truly believed Biharis were inferior, Kishor warned that no one, including Rahul Gandhi, could save Revanth Reddy and promised to ensure his defeat in the next elections.

Recalling past interactions, Kishor stated that after taking charge as Telangana Congress president, Revanth Reddy approached him three times seeking support to secure electoral victory. Prashant Kishor expressed outrage over Reddy’s alleged remarks disparaging Biharis after assuming the Chief Minister’s office, highlighting the irony of seeking help from someone he had insulted.

Kishor also referenced Reddy’s controversial statements in December 2023, when Revanth Reddy criticized former Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR), claiming KCR had “Bihar DNA” while he represented “Telangana DNA,” asserting his own superiority and suitability for the Chief Minister post. Kishor, being a native of Bihar, said these comments angered him and cited them in questioning Reddy’s motives. He further noted Revanth Reddy’s history of switching parties from BJP and TDP to Congress before assuming his current position.
