Hyderabad: A case has been registered against BJP MLA Raja Singh and two others for allegedly violating conditions during a Ram Navami Shobha Yatra. Although police had granted permission for the procession, the participants reportedly deviated from approved norms.
According to officials, the violations include the use of DJ sound systems, conducting the rally on the wrong side of the road, and setting off firecrackers—all of which were in breach of the stipulated guidelines.
Police have initiated legal action against the MLA and his associates under relevant sections. Further investigation is underway.
