YSRCP MP Mithun Reddy has received a major relief from the ACB court, which has granted him conditional permission for a foreign trip scheduled from October 26 to November 4. The court has directed him to provide details of his travel destinations and accommodations abroad.
As part of the conditions, Mithun Reddy is required to submit two sureties of Rs 50,000 each, and his passport must be surrendered to the court upon his return. The court emphasized compliance with all stipulated requirements before and after the trip.

Mithun Reddy, listed as A4 in the Andhra Pradesh liquor case, was arrested by the ACB in July and spent approximately 71 days in jail. He was granted bail on September 29, with conditions including two sureties, a cash bond of Rs 2 lakh, and attendance at hearings twice a week.
