Two TDP Workers Killed in Palnadu

Palnadu: A double murder in Macharla constituency of Palnadu district has sparked widespread concern. In Adigoppal village of Durgi mandal, two men were brutally hacked to death with machetes at separate locations. One victim, found near Bodrayi, has been identified as Kotha Hanumanthu (31), while the second, discovered near the water plant in the premises of Adigoppal Ammavari Temple, was identified as Kotha Sriram Murthy (35).

Both victims were active members of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), heightening the shock and outrage surrounding the incident. Authorities have launched an investigation into the killings, and the matter has drawn attention from local political circles due to the victims’ party affiliation.
