A tragic helicopter crash in Turkey claimed the lives of four people, including two pilots, after an ambulance aircraft collided with a hospital building in Antalya Province.
The helicopter, carrying medical personnel from Mugla Training and Research Hospital, was en route to transport a patient. Onboard were two pilots, a doctor, and a medical assistant. During takeoff, the aircraft lost control and struck the fourth floor of the hospital building before crashing.
All four occupants were pronounced dead at the scene. Preliminary investigations indicate that dense fog during takeoff likely caused the accident.
Debris from the helicopter was scattered outside the hospital, prompting immediate response from emergency teams. Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the exact circumstances leading to the crash.
