The Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025 witnessed a major investment announcement as US President Donald Trump extended a significant offer to Telangana through his company, Trump Media & Technologies. Speaking at the summit held in Future City, the company’s director Eric revealed that the organisation is set to invest Rs 1 lakh crore in the state over the next ten years. Former CII Chairman Dinesh lauded the state government’s plan to construct a new futuristic city under the name Future City and described Telangana as one of the fastest-growing regions in India. He added that bringing global companies under one platform is a remarkable achievement and expressed readiness to partner in the Telangana Vision.

Speaking at the summit, Adani Ports and SEZ Managing Director Karan Adani said the event clearly reflects Telangana’s developmental vision. He highlighted that the Adani Group has already made substantial investments in the state and continues to expand across sectors such as cement, green data centres and renewable energy. He further added that the group has established a dedicated Defence and Aerospace Park in Telangana and that Hyderabad is now the first location in India to develop UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) technology. These UAVs will be supplied to the Indian Army as well as exported to international markets.
Karan Adani announced that the group will set up a 48 MW Green Data Center in Telangana with an investment of Rs 25,000 crore. Additionally, the group aims to elevate the state’s logistics infrastructure by investing Rs 4,000 crore in road connectivity. He also confirmed that the group is developing inter-district road networks and has already established a cement manufacturing unit with an investment of Rs 2,000 crore.
