Hyderabad: The Telangana government has issued a revision to its 10th-grade exam policy, modifying its earlier decision announced yesterday. Starting from the 2025-26 academic year, the state will implement a 100-mark exam system. However, for the current academic year, the previous system will remain in effect, with 20% of marks allocated to internal assessments and 80% to the final exam.
In recent years, results were awarded based on a grading system. However, the government has decided to discontinue the grading system due to complaints regarding irregularities in internal assessments. Despite the previous decision, the government has now opted to make further revisions to the policy.
