Odela 2 Locks Major Non-Theatrical Deals
Tamannaah’s upcoming film Odela 2, produced by Sampath Nandi, has successfully finalized its OTT deal despite market challenges. Following the success of Odela Railway Station on streaming platforms, expectations for its sequel have been high. The makers have scaled up the project with a new cast, crew, and a grander production value. The recently released teaser has also generated significant anticipation.

Amazon Prime Video has secured the OTT rights for Odela 2 for Rs 12 crore, while the Hindi dubbing rights were sold for Rs 6.25 crore. Additionally, satellite rights have been locked, ensuring a strong non-theatrical revenue stream.
Theatrical Release Planned for April
Made on a budget of Rs 20 crore, the film has already recovered its investment through non-theatrical deals, placing it in the safe zone. With production nearing completion, Odela 2 is slated for release in April. The team is set to launch promotional activities by the end of this month. Tamannaah is aiming for a major success in Telugu cinema with this much-anticipated sequel.
