Pan-India star Prabhas has reportedly agreed to take a 33% lower remuneration for his upcoming film Raja Saab following the criticism faced by Adipurush. While he typically charges around Rs 150 crore per project, the actor is said to have accepted Rs 100 crore for this new venture with the same production team, signaling a strategic shift to focus on audience satisfaction.

Raja Saab, directed by Maruthi, is a horror-comedy entertainer that has already garnered positive responses for its recently released trailer. The story follows a young man attempting to reclaim his family property, only to encounter the spirit of his grandfather at midnight. Prabhas plays dual roles, portraying both the grandson and his formidable grandfather. The film combines elements of comedy, horror, and romance to appeal to a pan-Indian audience.

The cast includes Malavika Mohanan, marking her Telugu debut, alongside Nidhi Agarwal and Riddhi Kumar. Veteran actors Sanjay Dutt, Boman Irani, and Zarina Wahab play pivotal roles, with Nayanthara featuring in a special song. Produced jointly by People Media Factory and IVY Entertainment, Raja Saab aims to provide engaging entertainment while re-establishing Prabhas’ connection with audiences following mixed reactions to Adipurush.
