YSRCP leader and actor Posani Krishna Murali continues to face legal challenges, with multiple cases being registered against him across the state. In the latest development, he was transferred from Guntur district jail to Adoni in Kurnool district. The transfer follows a case registered at Adoni Three Town Police Station over his alleged derogatory remarks against Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan.
On Tuesday afternoon, Kurnool district police arrived at Guntur jail and sought his custody. Following a medical examination, he was taken to Adoni. Authorities indicate that he is likely to be produced before the Adoni court at night. If the local magistrate is unavailable, he may be presented before a judge in Kurnool.

The case against Posani was filed based on a complaint by Jana Sena Adoni president Renu Varma. The complaint, lodged on November 14 last year, led to the registration of FIR No. 119/2024. With multiple cases mounting, police are also investigating individuals mentioned in his statements.
Meanwhile, a police team led by Narasaraopet Two Town CI Hemarao reached Guntur to facilitate Posani’s transfer. However, police teams from Alluri district and Anantapur Rural also arrived with PT (prisoner transit) warrants, further complicating the process.
As cases continue to be filed in various locations, Posani is expected to be transferred between multiple police stations. Reports indicate that additional warrants are being prepared, prolonging his legal proceedings.
