Reflecting on the evolution of cinematic portrayals, Pawan remarked, “In the past, heroes were depicted as protectors of the forests. Today, young heroes are playing roles as mafia and smugglers. The situation has changed drastically. Now, heroes are shown as smugglers who destroy the forests.”
He further expressed his admiration for Rajkumar’s Gandhada Gudi, a film that emphasized forest conservation, noting that it is the responsibility of forest officials to safeguard these natural resources.
