Visakhapatnam: Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming period action drama Hari Hara Veera Mallu is scheduled for a worldwide release on July 24. Ahead of the release, a grand pre-release event was held on Wednesday at Novotel Hotel, located opposite RK Beach in Visakhapatnam.

The event drew a massive crowd of fans and film enthusiasts, with Pawan Kalyan being the key attraction. His speech at the venue received a rousing response, particularly for his indirect remarks that many interpreted as a rebuttal to recent criticism by Andhra Pradesh Minister R.K. Roja.

Addressing the gathering, Pawan Kalyan stated, “Those who remain like frogs in a well cannot understand my value.” He went on to explain that his father was a government employee and frequently transferred, which resulted in him spending parts of his childhood in various towns. “Wherever my father was posted, I grew up there,” he said, defending his connection to multiple places across the state.

The comments are being viewed by fans as a counter to Roja’s recent criticism, in which she alleged that Pawan Kalyan claims every town he visits as his hometown. The Minister’s remarks had sparked a political exchange, and Wedneys day’s statement by the actor-politician is seen as his response on a public platform.

The film Hari Hara Veera Mallu, directed by Krish Jagarlamudi, is set in a historical backdrop and features Nidhhi Agerwal as the female lead. The film marks Pawan Kalyan’s return to the big screen after a long gap, and expectations are high among his fans and the Telugu film industry.
