New details have emerged revealing a covert espionage operation linked to Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), involving Indian social media influencers. The investigation centers on Noshaba Shehzad Masood, a Lahore-based businesswoman who operates Jayan Travels and Tourism and allegedly acts as a handler under ISI directives.

Shehzad, codenamed “Madam N” by ISI, is reported to facilitate travel and covert activities for Indian influencers within Pakistan. Her connections extend to the Pakistan Army and ISI, and she works closely with the Evacuee Trust Property Board to arrange pilgrimages for Hindu and Sikh visitors. She is also believed to have recruited travel agents across various regions to support these operations.

Recent interrogations of arrested Indian influencers have brought Shehzad’s role into sharper focus. Authorities say she is attempting to establish a sleeper cell network of nearly 500 operatives inside India, with approximately 3,000 individuals reportedly aided by this network. Of these, around 1,500 have visited Pakistan, including some linked to Naxalite groups.

Sources indicate that Shehzad’s recommendations have enabled many Indian nationals to obtain visitor visas to Pakistan with relative ease. Investigations are ongoing as security agencies assess the full scope and threat posed by this espionage network.
