Hyderabad’s chapter of the global entrepreneurial network TiE has appointed Murali Kakarla as President and Ravi Chennupati as Vice President for 2026. Murali Kakarla, founder & CEO of Innobox Systems, succeeds former President Rajesh Pagadala. With nearly three decades of experience, Kakarla is a visionary industrialist and technocrat, having led engineering teams at companies including AMD, NVIDIA, and PortalPlayer. He has expertise in consumer electronics systems, wireless networking, and edge computing, holding patents in efficient power management and contributing to several key innovations in consumer electronics.
Ravi Chennupati, Managing Director of Ezone Security Solutions, was elected Vice President. An engineer and industrialist, Chennupati has over 20 years of experience building and expanding technology, healthcare, and security companies across India, the US, and Australia. He focuses on sustainable business growth, technology-driven operations, and leadership development, while mentoring early-stage startups on strategy, systems thinking, and operational clarity.
Kakarla stated, “I am honored to take on the President role for TiE Hyderabad and continue the chapter’s remarkable legacy. In 2026, my focus will be on strengthening TiE Hyderabad as an entrepreneur-first chapter, providing meaningful value through deep mentorship, impactful programs, and scale-up opportunities. We aim to foster strong collaboration among members, charter members, founders, partners, and ecosystem leaders, while connecting startups to international markets, capital, and networks to expand global opportunities. Our goal is to continue being one of the most influential and respected TiE chapters globally, inspiring the entrepreneurial community and building a culture of service and resilience.”
