BRS MLC Kavitha has withdrawn her default bail plea in the ongoing liquor scam case. She had initially sought default bail in the CBI case.
During the hearing yesterday, Kavitha’s senior advocate was absent and requested a postponement, prompting the judge to express dissatisfaction with the repeated adjournments sought by her legal team. Consequently, Kavitha opted to withdraw her bail plea.
The Rouse Avenue Court was scheduled to hear the bail plea tomorrow; however, Kavitha has now officially withdrawn the petition.
