Faridabad: Six-time world boxing champion Mary Kom’s residence in Sector 46, Faridabad, Haryana, was targeted by burglars while she was away participating in a marathon event in Meghalaya. The incident occurred at her two-story bungalow, “Ebenezer Inn,” on September 24, authorities confirmed. Valuable items, including a television, were reportedly stolen during the break-in.

CCTV footage reviewed by police revealed multiple individuals carrying items out of the house. Officials said the intruders entered through a first-floor balcony door. The footage shows one person carrying a TV on his shoulders, while three others took valuables wrapped in a cloth. Another individual was seen following the group on a scooter. The stolen property is estimated to be worth several lakhs of rupees.
Mary Kom confirmed the burglary, stating, “I will know the full details once I return home. Neighbors informed me that the thieves took the TV and other valuables. The incident happened on September 24, and I have filed a police complaint.” Fridabad police have registered a case and deployed six special teams from the crime branch to apprehend the suspects.
