Hyderabad: HYDRA authorities have taken decisive action against illegal constructions in Ramnagar, demolishing structures built on nalas within 48 hours of receiving a complaint. The ongoing demolition drive is part of a broader effort to address unauthorized developments in the area.
The operation began after a complaint was filed by a local resident, alleging illegal constructions on nalas and drains in Ramnagar’s Manemma Basti. HYDRA Commissioner Ranganath led an inspection of the site, which confirmed the violations. Following the inspection, the demolition of the illegal structures commenced promptly, with authorities deploying JCBs to clear the area.
