Hyderabad: The All India Industrial Exhibition (Numaish), an iconic annual event held in Hyderabad, will commence on January 3, 2025, instead of the initially planned January 1. The postponement comes in light of the national mourning days announced by the central government following the demise of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. Mourning will be observed until January 2, prompting the organizers to reschedule the event.
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is set to inaugurate the 84th edition of Numaish at the Nampally Exhibition Grounds. The event, which runs for 45 days, has been a cultural and commercial highlight since its inception in 1938 during the Nizam era, drawing visitors from across the country, including the Telugu states.
