Hyderabad: A gruesome and inhuman crime has come to light in Hyderabad’s Borabanda area, where a man brutally murdered his wife under the influence of alcohol. The incident, which took place in Saibaba Nagar, has sparked widespread outrage and shock among local residents.
According to police, the accused, Narasimhulu, killed his wife Soni after a violent altercation. In a drunken frenzy, Narasimhulu allegedly forced Soni to consume alcohol, shaved her head, stripped her, and set her clothes on fire before killing her in a barbaric manner.
The couple had been married for six years, but reports indicate that Narasimhulu was addicted to alcohol and unemployed. He had also recently been involved in a temple theft. Due to ongoing disputes, Soni had returned to her parental home without informing him. Enraged by her actions, Narasimhulu allegedly plotted and carried out the murder.
Narasimhulu had been living in Borabanda for the past three years and was known locally for petty thefts. Police confirmed that he had a criminal history with at least 16 cases registered against him, including a previous jail term for theft. A case has been registered, and an investigation is underway. The brutal nature of the crime has triggered tension and outrage in the locality.
