According to Downdetector, approximately 15,000 users worldwide were unable to access the Amazon website. The disruption began around 12:30 PM IST, prompting a surge of complaints from users.

Major websites relying on AWS, including Snapchat, Roblox, and Duolingo, were also impacted and went offline temporarily. Amazon confirmed the outage, reporting elevated error rates across several of its web services. The company stated that its technical teams are working urgently to resolve the issue and restore normal operations.
