The cancellations will remain in effect from October 27 to 29, when the storm is projected to impact coastal regions of Andhra Pradesh and Odisha. Railway officials emphasized that the decision was made keeping in mind the potential risks posed by heavy rains and strong winds associated with Cyclone Montha.
Passengers have been advised to check the real-time status of their trains through the official railway website or helpline before traveling. The East Coast Railway has also released a detailed list of the affected services and urged travelers to stay updated through official channels as the situation develops.
