A significant development has occurred in the case involving YouTuber Harsha Sai. His father, Radhakrishna, along with Imran, has approached the Telangana High Court seeking anticipatory bail. They filed a petition requesting that the court grant anticipatory bail to prevent police from arresting them. During today’s hearing, the bench questioned how anticipatory bail could be granted before the accused are formally named in the case. Consequently, the court dismissed their anticipatory bail petition and advised them to approach the court for bail after being named as accused in the case. It is noteworthy that a complaint has already been filed against Harsha Sai, his father, and Imran by the victim.

As a result, the police have registered a case against Harsha Sai under sections 376 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

Truth Will Be Revealed Soon
