Chief Minister Chandrababu has initiated a citizen-centric approach to governance by introducing a robust feedback mechanism using the Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS). This system will enable the government to gather direct opinions from beneficiaries on various schemes, programs, and services to ensure better implementation and service quality.
Highlighting the importance of public opinion, Chandrababu emphasized, “People’s voice will be the final word on any issue.” He called on citizens to provide precise feedback, which will help enhance the effectiveness of state-run initiatives.
Under the new system, IVRS-based calls will collect feedback on the execution, benefits, and quality of services under key schemes. Beneficiaries’ responses will be analyzed, and necessary modifications will be implemented to align with their needs.

Key programs targeted for feedback include doorstep pension delivery and the Deepam scheme, which provides free gas cylinders. Beneficiaries will be asked if pensions are being delivered on time and if any issues arise in receiving free gas cylinders.
The initiative will also cover newly introduced policies, such as the free sand policy, the revised liquor policy, and alcohol sales regulations. Feedback on these policies will help refine their implementation.
The Chief Minister affirmed that the government’s focus remains on providing transparent, efficient, and high-quality services, guided by the needs and opinions of the public.
