In a troubling incident, Minister Subhash’s convoy was halted at Masakapalli in K. Gangavaram mandal, Konaseema district. The disruption occurred while the minister was returning from an inspection of flood-affected areas.
According to police reports, six individuals under the influence of alcohol have been taken into custody. All apprehended individuals are reportedly from Rajahmundry. The incident took place when the suspects, who had consumed alcohol in Yanam, attempted to interfere with the convoy en route to Rajahmundry.
A case has been registered, and authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
