The Andhra Pradesh government has announced the transfer of several IPS officers in the state. Anjana Sinha, Chairman of the Road Safety Authority, has been given the additional charge of SPF Director General (DG). Madireddy Prathap has been appointed as DG of AP State Disaster Response Fire Services.
Ch Srikanth has been appointed as Inspector General (IG) of Law and Order, while SV Rajasekhar Babu has been appointed as the Commissioner of Vijayawada city Police. PhD Ramakrishna has been named IG of Provision and Logistics in the DGP’s office, and Gopinath Jetty has been appointed as Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of the Visakhapatnam range. Vishal Gunni and Vijaya Rao have been directed to report to the DGP’s office. Additionally, the state government has issued an order transferring Koya Praveen as IG of the Kurnool Range.
