In a video released on X, Shivajyothi clarified that her comments were not intended to offend anyone. “I have immense respect for Lord Venkateswara, as my social media followers know. My remarks were only in the context of the queue. I apologize to anyone hurt by my words and also on behalf of my younger brother,” she said.
The anchor emphasized that her comments were unintentional and expressed regret for speaking without full awareness, reaffirming her reverence for the deity who has greatly influenced her life.
