Vijayawada: In a tragic incident, Narasimha Murthy Raju, Managing Director of Aditya Pharmacy, died by suicide at Kshatriya Bhavan in Ayodhya Nagar, Vijayawada. The incident occurred days after he was released on bail in connection with a murder case registered last year, in which he was named as an accused.
According to police sources, Raju allegedly took his life amid mounting personal and legal stress. His body has been shifted to a government hospital for post-mortem examination, and an investigation is underway to determine the exact cause and circumstances surrounding the incident.
Narasimha Murthy Raju had expanded Aditya Pharmacy operations across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka. He was known for offering unprecedented discounts on medicines, helping the brand gain significant traction among consumers in the region.
