Veteran actor Murali Mohan has acknowledged receiving notices from Hydra authorities regarding encroachments. He confirmed that the notice is accurate, stating that Hydra officials identified a three-foot encroachment of a shed in the buffer zone of the Rangalalkunta area in Nanakramguda. Hydra has ordered the removal of the shed within 15 days, warning that they will demolish it if not cleared within the stipulated time. Murali Mohan assured that the shed would be removed by Tuesday, emphasizing that the Jayabheri group has not engaged in any illegal activities. He also mentioned that they have been in the real estate business for three decades without violating regulations.

In its efforts to clear encroachments across Hyderabad and protect lakes, Hydra has been intensifying its operations. After demolishing several illegal structures, including those associated with N. Convention owned by actor Nagarjuna, Hydra has now issued notices to the prominent construction company Jayabheri. The company has been instructed to remove constructions within the Full Tank Level (FTL) and buffer zone of the Rangalalkunta Lake in the Financial District.

Hydra Commissioner Ranganath conducted a thorough inspection of Bhagirathamma Lake and ordered an investigation into the dumping of construction waste within the FTL and buffer zones. Subsequently, Hydra issued a 15-day notice to clear the illegal structures, warning that they will demolish the constructions if the order is not followed.
