Hyderabad: The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) has announced that students will receive full marks for a question that was unclear due to a printing error in the second-year English examination paper. The Intermediate exams commenced on March 5 and will continue until March 25.
During the English exam held on Monday, the seventh question, which included a chart, was printed unclearly, making it difficult for students to interpret and answer correctly. Following concerns raised by students, parents, and teachers, the board reviewed the issue and decided to award four marks to all students who attempted the question.
After consultations with subject experts and officials, the board took this decision to ensure that students are not disadvantaged due to the printing error.
