Hyderabad: The Akkineni family is gearing up for another celebration, as reports confirm that Akhil Akkineni, son of Nagarjuna, has finalized his wedding date. According to sources, Akhil will marry Jainab on March 24 this year. The couple had their engagement ceremony on November 26 last year, which was attended by both families’ elders.
It is expected that, like his brother Naga Chaitanya’s wedding, Akhil’s nuptials will take place at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. Following the wedding ceremony at the studio, the couple is rumored to be planning a destination wedding. However, official confirmation regarding the wedding date and venue is still awaited.

Jainab, a social media influencer, was born and raised in Hyderabad but has since settled in Mumbai. Reports suggest that Jainab’s father, Zulfi, has been a longtime friend of Nagarjuna, which led to Akhil and Jainab’s friendship eventually turning into a romantic relationship. Jainab is well-known as an artist and influencer, having held exhibitions in Dubai and London, in addition to India.
Jainab’s father, Zulfi Raoji, previously served as a key advisor to former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy and has also represented the state as a special envoy to Middle Eastern countries.
This wedding follows the December 4 marriage of Naga Chaitanya and Sobhitha at Annapurna Studios, which was attended by more than 300 guests, including family members, close friends, and high-profile personalities from Tollywood, Kollywood, Bollywood, and politics.
