Kadapa: The suggestion to appoint Nara Lokesh as Deputy Chief Minister has become a significant topic of discussion in Andhra Pradesh politics. This remark came from TDP Kadapa District President and Kadapa MLA, Madhavireddy’s husband, Srinivasulureddy, during a public meeting in Maiduukooru. Srinivasulureddy, recognizing Lokesh as a third-generation leader within the TDP, emphasized the need for a youth leader to be given the Deputy CM position to strengthen the party’s focus on younger leadership.

Srinivasulureddy further argued that promoting Lokesh to Deputy CM would enhance the role of youth in the party. This viewpoint was also supported recently by Mahasena Rajesh. In recent days, there has been increasing pressure from TDP ranks to make Nara Lokesh the Deputy CM, with party members advocating for the move through social media platforms.

Despite the growing demand, it appears that TDP Chief N. Chandrababu Naidu has not yet made any public comments in response to Srinivasulureddy’s suggestion.
