Prominent actor Ali has addressed allegations of illegal constructions at his farmhouse in Ekmamidi village, Vikarabad district. Village secretary Shobha Rani issued notices on November 5 and November 22, citing unauthorized constructions. The notices were handed over to workers at the farmhouse.
Ali’s Clarification
Ali stated that he had leased the property for a convention center, leaving the lessees responsible for responding to the allegations. “The lessees will handle all responses regarding the constructions,” he clarified.
The village panchayat identified unauthorized constructions on the property without proper permissions and directed Ali to stop all construction immediately and provide the necessary permits.
– Notice History:
A second notice was issued after no response to the initial one, warning of action under the Panchayat Raj Act if permissions were not obtained.
– Land Ownership:
Ali had purchased around 14 acres of agricultural land in Survey No. 345, Ekmamidi, several years ago, using it for farming activities, including growing crops and fruit orchards. The matter has garnered attention as authorities stress regulatory compliance. Further developments are awaited.
