A case has been filed against actress Sri Reddy at the Gudivada One Town Police Station following complaints about her social media posts. Asilaiti Nirmala, the Machilipatnam Parliamentary Social Media Telugu Women’s Convener, alleged that Sri Reddy’s posts were detrimental to society’s values. In her complaint, Nirmala stated that Sri Reddy had misled the youth through her social media activities and called for strict legal action to prevent such behavior in the future.
Speculation is rife that Sri Reddy may face arrest in connection with the case.
Sri Reddy Addresses Nara Lokesh and Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy
In a separate development, Sri Reddy wrote a letter to Nara Lokesh, requesting him to leave her alone. She clarified that although she was born in Godavari, she grew up in Vijayawada and most of her friends are from his social class. She also mentioned that her parents had voted for TDP in the previous elections.
Additionally, Sri Reddy wrote a letter to YSRCP leader Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, expressing regret for her past actions, which she claims brought disrepute to the party. She acknowledged the negative impact of her actions on the party’s image and stated that her intention was never to harm it. Sri Reddy further stated that she no longer wishes to be associated with the party and requested forgiveness for her past conduct.
In the letter, she emphasized that she did not want her actions to cause further damage to the YSRCP and expressed a desire to distance herself from the party to avoid any negative impact.
