Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu alleged that animal body fat oil has been mixed into the famous Tirupati Laddu. He accused the YSRCP government of attempting to tarnish the sanctity of Lord Venkateswara in Tirumala.
Speaking at an NDA coalition meeting on Wednesday, Naidu claimed that the oil used in the preparation of Laddu was derived from animals, expressing his deep concern upon learning this information. He emphasized that under his administration, they are committed to using pure ghee and providing the public with clean food and offerings.
Chandrababu further stated, “Instead of ghee, animal fat was used in the Tirupati offerings and meals. Upon assuming power, we have ensured the procurement of pure ghee for the preparation of Ladoo offerings.
