According to official records, Allen graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology in 2017 and later completed a Master’s degree in Computer Science from California State University. During his academic years, he reportedly demonstrated notable creativity and technical skill, including designing an “emergency brake” system for wheelchairs that attracted media attention.
Allen also had exposure to advanced research programs, having participated in a fellowship at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory in 2014. In addition to engineering, he explored software development, creating a video game in 2018 that secured a trademark, and was reportedly working on another project titled “Firstla.” He is currently employed as a teacher at C2 Education, where he was recognized as “Teacher of the Month” in December 2024.
Investigators have also examined Allen’s political affiliations, noting that he appeared to be a supporter of the Democratic Party. Records from the Federal Election Commission indicate that he made a small financial contribution to the campaign of Kamala Harris.
