The second phase of polling for the Bihar Assembly elections began on a brisk note as voters turned out in significant numbers despite the cold weather. Polling commenced at 7 a.m., with several voters arriving early at the booths to exercise their franchise.
Jan Suraj Party founder and former election strategist Prashant Kihor appealed to the people of Bihar to vote for change and ensure a record voter turnout in this crucial phase. Urging citizens to vote for their children’s education and employment, Kihor emphasized the need to create a new system driven by accountability and progress. He cautioned that a wrong choice today could force people to endure another five years under the same corrupt governance that has hindered Bihar’s growth.
