Mohali/New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convener and former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday  made a bold claim, stating that his governance in Delhi was so impactful that it deserved a Nobel Prize. Speaking at a public rally in Mohali, Punjab, Kejriwal said that despite constant obstructions from the BJP-led Centre, his administration succeeded in delivering good governance to the people of Delhi.

Kejriwal also launched a sharp attack on Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena, accusing him of deliberately undermining AAP’s welfare initiatives under instructions from the Centre. He alleged that five Mohalla Clinics were demolished by the BJP-controlled Municipal Corporation to sabotage public healthcare. Highlighting AAP’s achievements, he noted that during his tenure, every household in Delhi received 200 units of free electricity and 20,000 litres of free water. “Even under pressure, we built Mohalla Clinics. But since BJP came to power in the city, the situation has deteriorated in just four months,” he claimed. Kejriwal said Delhiites are now realizing the value of AAP’s welfare-driven governance.
