New Delhi/Hyderabad: Goshamahal MLA Raja Singh, who recently resigned from the BJP, has arrived in Delhi, reportedly to brief the party high command on internal issues within the state unit. His visit has gained political significance amid speculation that he plans to lodge formal complaints against BJP Telangana leaders, including Union Minister Kishan Reddy and a few other senior figures.

Sources indicate that Raja Singh’s resignation followed the appointment of G. Ramchander Rao as Telangana BJP president—a move he publicly criticized. Though his resignation letter was submitted to the party and forwarded to the central leadership, no decision has been made yet. Singh is expected to present a detailed explanation to BJP’s top brass regarding the circumstances that led to his resignation. Close aides say he will leave for the Amarnath Yatra following his Delhi visit.

Calls Out State Leadership, Challenges Ramchander Rao

Amid the developments, Raja Singh has publicly challenged new state BJP chief Ramchander Rao to take decisive action against Fatima College, which he claims is associated with AIMIM. He referenced Rao’s earlier remark that he is “not a dummy but a daddy” and urged him to prove his leadership by legally pursuing the demolition of the college, accusing it of displacing poor families. Singh questioned whether there is one standard of justice for the poor and another for institutions linked to powerful politicians, and asked why officials have failed to act in the matter.
