Lahore: In response to Pakistan’s missile and drone assault, India has escalated its military actions, delivering a powerful counter-strike. The latest incident involved an explosion near the residence of Pakistan’s Prime Minister, Shehbaz Sharif, in Islamabad. The blast occurred approximately 20 kilometers away from the Prime Minister’s residence, prompting immediate security measures. The Prime Minister’s security personnel swiftly moved him to a bunker for safety.
India’s defense forces have successfully neutralized incoming threats, with its advanced air defense systems intercepting and destroying hostile missiles mid-air. As tensions mounted, Indian forces also targeted key Pakistani cities with missile strikes. Additionally, India’s defense capabilities led to the destruction of two Pakistani F-16 fighter jets during the operation.
This escalation comes as both nations continue their confrontational standoff, marking a significant point in the ongoing conflict.
