A major controversy has emerged in the Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking case after 16 key files released on the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) website suddenly disappeared, raising political questions. Notably, among the missing documents was a photograph reportedly featuring current U.S. President Donald Trump. The files were initially made public on December 19, in line with congressional deadlines and public demand for transparency.

The most discussed of the missing documents is “File 468,” which reportedly shows Trump alongside Epstein, Epstein’s associate Ghislaine Maxwell, and Melania Trump at Mar-a-Lago around the year 2000. Democrats have raised concerns on social media, questioning why the photo was removed and whether the government is attempting to conceal information.

In addition to the Trump-related photograph, other sensitive files have also disappeared. These include nude photographs and paintings found in Epstein’s residences, images featuring former President Bill Clinton, the Pope, and other notable figures, as well as portions of internal memos and victim statements. Media reports noted that these removals have heightened suspicions about potential information suppression.

White House officials, however, have dismissed the allegations, asserting that the Trump administration was among the most transparent in history. They maintained that certain details were edited or removed solely to protect the privacy of victims, emphasizing that the deletions were not politically motivated.
