**Hyderabad:** Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan on Tuesday asserted that he remains fully committed to Telangana, citing his financial contributions and support for the state’s people as evidence of his longstanding association with the region.

Addressing a press conference in Hyderabad, Pawan Kalyan said he had donated ₹30 crore from his personal earnings for the development of the Kondagattu Anjaneya Swamy Temple. He also recalled contributing ₹1 crore to assist people affected by hardships and floods in Telangana, emphasizing that his connection with the state extends beyond politics.

The Jana Sena chief strongly condemned what he described as attempts to intimidate him through political threats. He noted that the first political case against him was registered in Telangana and recalled facing attacks during political tours in Mahabubnagar and Khammam districts in the past. Despite those incidents, he said, he remained steadfast and would not be deterred by threats.

Pawan Kalyan also reacted sharply to recent remarks allegedly made by some Congress leaders threatening to “cut his tongue.” Dismissing such comments, he said Jana Sena would never succumb to intimidation and challenged those making the threats to act on their statements rather than issue verbal warnings.

Accusing certain political groups of attempting to portray him as anti-Telangana for electoral gains, Pawan Kalyan said such efforts were aimed at misleading the public. He maintained that neither he nor Jana Sena had ever acted against the interests of Telangana and reiterated the party’s commitment to the state’s welfare.

The Deputy Chief Minister further stated that Jana Sena would stand at the forefront of any movement against injustice toward Telangana. He said that whenever the state or its people face difficulties, the party would be among the first to raise its voice and fight on their behalf.

Rejecting what he termed personal and politically motivated attacks, Pawan Kalyan asserted that Jana Sena enjoys a deep and enduring relationship with the people of Telangana and pledged to continue working for their interests in the years ahead.
