The team of Akkineni Naga Chaitanya has officially responded to recent rumors regarding his involvement in a new web series. Reports suggested that Chaitanya had signed on for a web series project following the completion of his current film, Thandail. However, Chaitanya’s team has categorically dismissed these claims, labeling the web series news as entirely false.

“It is true that his first web series, Doota, received positive acclaim from audiences. There have been speculations that he gave a green signal to participate in another series based on that success. However, this is all misinformation,” the team stated. They emphasized that Naga Chaitanya is currently focused on Thandail, directed by Chandu Mondeti. The film is being produced on a pan-India scale, with shooting taking place in D. Matsyalesham village, Srikakulam district. Chaitanya portrays the character Raju, a fisherman, in a love story rich with themes of patriotism, alongside actress Sai Pallavi as the female lead.
