The Central Government has introduced a new facility allowing Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) account holders to withdraw funds directly through ATMs, Union Minister for Labour and Employment Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya announced.
Mandaviya, along with Union Minister Kishan Reddy, inaugurated the newly constructed EPFO office buildings at Brahmanwadi, Begumpet, as well as the Telangana Regional Office and the Banjara Hills Regional Office in Hyderabad. Speaking on the occasion, he stated that EPFO operations are being upgraded to Version 3.0, enabling seamless transactions similar to banking services. He added that EPF subscribers can now use ATMs to withdraw their funds, and minor account modifications can be made online.

Kishan Reddy Highlights Healthcare Development in Telangana
Union Minister Kishan Reddy emphasized that the Sanathnagar ESIC Hospital and Medical College has been ranked as the number one facility in the country. He expressed gratitude to Mandaviya for his support and urged the Centre to establish more hospitals and medical colleges in Telangana. He also stated that proposals have been submitted to the state government. Responding to this, Mandaviya assured that if land is allocated in areas like Ramagundam, construction would commence immediately.
Siddipet EPFO Office to Remain Operational
Amid reports suggesting the merger of the EPFO office in Siddipet, Medak BJP MP Raghunandan Rao requested Minister Mandaviya to ensure its continuation at the current location. Addressing the concern, Mandaviya directed Central Provident Fund Commissioner Ramesh Krishnamurthy to retain the office in Siddipet. Following the assurance, Raghunandan Rao thanked the Union Minister for the decision.
