Telangana former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) expressed his firm belief that the people of Telangana will show their disapproval of the MLAs who switched parties after securing victory on the BRS ticket. KCR emphasized that by-elections are likely in 10 constituencies, where the defected legislators will face the consequences of their party-switching.
On Tuesday, several leaders, including Station Ghanpur leaders, former ZPTC member Keerthi Venkateshwarlu from Dharmasagar, and Malkireddy Rajeshwar Reddy, joined the BRS party in a ceremony held at Eravalli Farm House, where KCR welcomed them with party scarves.

Addressing the gathering, KCR assured that in the upcoming by-elections, the people will deliver a strong message to the defected MLAs. He also stated that in the Station Ghanpur constituency, former Minister Kadium Srihari would lose, and Tatikonda Rajayya would win the seat. Former MLA Tatikonda Rajayya participated in the event and revealed that on the 15th of this month, nearly 1,000 people from the Station Ghanpur constituency will officially join BRS in a program at Telangana Bhavan, in the presence of Working President K. T. Rama Rao (KTR).
