A tragic road accident claimed the life of Kanishk Reddy (19), grandson of former MLA Theegala Krishna Reddy and son of former BRS corporator Theegala Sunaritha Reddy. The incident has left the family in deep grief.
The accident occurred on the Outer Ring Road (ORR) near Gollapalli Kalan, on the outskirts of Hyderabad, when the car in which Kanishk was traveling collided with a lorry from behind. He sustained critical injuries and was immediately rushed to the hospital. However, despite medical intervention, he succumbed to his injuries during treatment.
His untimely demise has deeply impacted the Theegala family. The incident also highlights growing concerns over road safety, as reckless driving continues to result in fatal accidents, raising alarms over public safety on highways.
