Three medical students swept away at Jalatarangini waterfall

A tragic incident unfolded near the Jalatarangini waterfall in Maredumilli, Alluri district, Andhra Pradesh, as three medical students were reported missing after being swept away by the waters. The students, part of a group of over 14 from a medical college in Eluru district, had visited the site for sightseeing.

While five students were caught in the strong currents, local residents managed to rescue two of them. However, the remaining three , two young women and one young man , are yet to be located. Search and rescue operations are currently underway to trace the missing students.

Authorities have been alerted, and efforts to locate the students continue as the situation has left the community in shock.
