Congress candidate Naveen Yadav expressed confidence of winning the Jubilee Hills Assembly by-election, projecting a strong majority and a clear lead from the first round of counting. He ruled out the possibility of a close contest and estimated a victory margin of over 45,000 votes. Ahead of the counting process, Yadav performed prayers at a local temple.

The Jubilee Hills constituency has a total of 4,01,365 registered voters, of whom 1,94,631 cast their votes, recording a polling percentage of 48.49%. Voting was conducted across 407 polling booths, and the results will be counted across seven divisions in the constituency, starting with Shakepeta and followed by the remaining six divisions.

Vote counting began at 8 AM with postal ballots, followed by EVM votes. The counting process will be conducted in 10 rounds, with the final outcome expected to be clear by around 11:30 AM. The by-election was necessitated by the untimely demise of sitting MLA Maganti Gopinath, making this contest highly anticipated across political circles.
