Former Kadiri MLA Sidda Reddy, who was recently suspended from the YSRCP, broke down in tears, claiming he had never betrayed the party, but rather, it was the party that had betrayed him. Speaking to the media, Sidda Reddy expressed his dismay, saying, “It is unfortunate that the party has given me the gift of suspension after I strengthened it by stacking brick by brick for 10 years.”
Sidda Reddy recounted his experiences as an MLA, stating that he was insulted by the high command when they brought in an in-charge during his tenure. He expressed his displeasure over the party’s leadership, alleging that some senior members instructed officials not to speak to him when he called them. “Had Jagan told me directly, I would have corrected my mistakes,” he added.
He accused certain individuals within the party of prioritizing positions and money over the party’s integrity. He announced that his political journey would resume from tomorrow, declaring, “I’ll show you what I am.” Sidda Reddy also mentioned that he would decide on which party to join after consulting with his close friends.
