Yadadri Bhuvanagiri: Tensions soared in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district after Congress leaders launched an attack on the BRS district office. The assailants destroyed furniture, shattered glass, and damaged photographs of KCR and KTR. The attack has sparked outrage among BRS leaders, including former ministers Harish Rao and Jagadish Reddy.
Harish Rao condemned the violent actions, criticizing the Congress for resorting to physical attacks despite calling for discipline. He urged the police to take immediate action against those responsible for the attack, questioning whether this aligns with Congress’s claim of promoting the “Indiramma Rajyam.”

KTR also weighed in, warning that Congress leaders would face consequences for targeting BRS leaders and offices. He stated that the opposition’s actions were akin to a “gangster rajyam” under the banner of “Indiramma Rajyam.”
The controversy stems from remarks made by BRS district president Kancherla Ramakrishna Reddy about Chief Minister Revanth, which Congress workers claimed were inappropriate. In response, Congress party workers staged a protest outside the BRS office, demanding an apology from Ramakrishna Reddy. Police intervened and arrested several individuals, with video footage of the incident circulating widely on social media.
